How does escrow work?

Escrow means your payment is held safely while the seller delivers the account details.

  • Buyer checks out and payment goes to escrow (not directly to seller).
  • Seller delivers account credentials via the agreed method.
  • Buyer confirms receipt; escrow releases funds to the seller.
  • If delivery fails within the allowed timeframe, a dispute/refund flow applies.
How do I buy an account?
  • Browse listings on Marketplace and open a listing to review details.
  • Add the listing to cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Ensure your wallet balance is sufficient and confirm payment.
  • Track your order in Dashboard until delivery is confirmed.
How do I sell an account?

To protect buyers and reduce fraud, selling requires KYC verification.

  • Complete KYC (Verification page) to unlock selling.
  • Go to Sell Account, fill in listing details, and submit.
  • When your listing sells, deliver credentials promptly to avoid disputes.
What is KYC Level 2 and why is it required?

KYC (Know Your Customer) verifies seller identity to reduce scams and chargebacks. Level 2 is required to create listings.

  • Typically includes MyKad/Passport details and supporting documents.
  • Improves buyer trust and unlocks seller features.
  • Helps enforce marketplace rules and prevent repeated abuse.
What fees do you charge?

Platform fee is charged on successful sales. Some payment methods may also include processing fees.

  • Seller platform fee: 5% of sale price.
  • Payment processing fees may apply depending on method.
  • Fees are shown during checkout/top up where applicable.
How do I top up my wallet?
  • Go to Wallet and choose a preset amount or enter a custom amount.
  • You can also use the Top Up modal from Dashboard/Wallet.
  • After top up, refreshes your balance and becomes available for checkout.
What if the seller doesn’t deliver? Can I get a refund?

If delivery is not completed within the allowed time or credentials are invalid, use Support and provide your order details.

  • Escrow prevents funds from being released before confirmation.
  • Support reviews evidence and transaction logs to resolve disputes.
  • Refunds are processed according to the dispute outcome and policy.
